Why yesterday was cancelled...

Sorry about having to cancel Vocation yesterday. This is a picture of my brother trying to get our car out of the road in the morning...quite unsuccessfully...
So, we will be meeting this week instead - Sunday, February 26 at 1:00 PM at Scott's House.

A NIGHT OF SKATING

On Friday, February 24th we are going to go skating at Nathan Phillips Square. We'll meet at the church around 7:00 and then head downtown for some skating and some dessert/appies at Mr. GreenJean's afterwards! Post a comment if you are interested here...

Something New - Meeting February 19th!!

We'll be back to a normal meeting this Sunday. Let's meet at ONE pm so there is a little more time to hang out, instead of people rushing out to TILT, etc. We'll meet at Scott's house - 20 Woodthrush Court (M2K 2B1). Email scottgmoore@mac.com if you need directions.

For the next little while we're going to be looking at what some of us might consider 'tired, old' passages from Scripture in a new light. Things we think we are overfamiliar with, but in fact, are quite unfamiliar with! We'll be starting with the Beatitudes and then moving on to the Lord's Prayer. Any ideas are welcome as always.
